1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 77 bat platform and all its services. By accessing the site or using any service, you are considered to have read these terms and agreed to follow them.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts will be treated as fraudulent activity, and all associated accounts will be cancelled. Deposited funds and earned bonuses may also be forfeited.

It is each user's own responsibility to keep account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account or a security breach, notify our support team immediately.

The mobile number and email address registered on the account must always be active and your own, as OTP verification and important notifications are sent through these channels.

Transferring, selling, or allowing others to use your account is prohibited. No such transaction is valid without prior written permission from 77 bat.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on 77 bat are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (by any method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete

Deposited funds must come from an account or card registered in the user's own name. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and the related transaction will be cancelled.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

77 bat offers a welcome bonus for new members: 150% on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Specified conditions must be met before the bonus is received.

Bonus wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earning a ৳1,500 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

Bonus rules:

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and winnings will be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, the same device, or the same IP address will be considered fraudulent.
• 77 bat reserves the right to change bonus terms at any time.

Weekly cashback is provided under the VIP program. Bronze level receives up to 0.2%, Silver 0.5%, Gold 0.8%, and Platinum 1.0% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games on 77 bat are conducted fairly and impartially. Each game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to understand them before starting.

If a game result is affected by a technical error or network issue, 77 bat reserves the right to cancel or restart the relevant round. In such cases, the wagered amount will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or deceive the system.
• Colluding with other users to obtain bonuses or prizes.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

77 bat's total financial liability will in no case exceed the balance in the user's account at that time.
